    Life's getting better..Inshaallah

    Alhamdulillah
    Yang susah telah dipermudahkan
    Namun, halangan masih ada...
Ya Allah cekalkanlah hati hambaMu ini
Semoga aku terus mampu bertahan seperti sebelum ini
    Biarlah apa dikata, dikeji, dihina
Namun ku tahu Kau tak pernah jauh dariku
    Malu ku kerana selalu meningglkanMu

    Syukran Jaziilan Ya Kareem

    Xana, the queen control?

    Ye ke?
    Kadang-kadang je kot.
Entahlah.

PS.: Apa pendapat korang? Korang/pasangan korang queen control ke?

Disebabkan lama dah tak masuk gambar bujang sorang ni, eloklah rasanya jika di jamu mata dengan beberapa keping gambar ni. Gambar tu masa bulan jun. Life’s Biggest Problems And Their Solutions

source : Life Biggest Problems And Their Solutions

    1. Tunnel Vision : The tendency to focus only on the immediate crisis or sore spot . Under stress, things look worse or more complex than they really are.

    The solution
Perspective : Ask if it will matter in 6 months . Ask what else is going on? How did I create this situation and, in an ideal world, what would I like to do about it?

    2. Fear : The anxiety or terror that things will go badly, that we will fail or be embarrassed.

    The solution
Humor and Curiosity : Modern life has very few saber-tooth tigers . The situation is rarely life or death . Ask, What's the worst that can happen? What's the best? What can I learn? What would I do if I had no fear?

    3. Confusion : The sense of being lost or unclear about our direction . The sense that we don't know our own priorities anymore.

    The solution
Responsible Choices : Choose your values and priorities and set your own path . Your life is yours . Check your moral compass, pick a direction and do something extraordinary!

    4. Guilt : The belief that we have hurt or failed or sinned and deserve punishment . Guilt is either accurate, because sometimes we do behave badly, or it is false and simply an illusion.

    The solution
If we have transgressed, we must make restitution, ask forgiveness, learn from our error and move on . If it is false guilt, set it down as an unnecessary and irrational burden.

    5. Shame : The belief that we are worth-less than others, that we have a terrible, incurable flaw . It is not that we have done something wrong (guilt), but that we are bad or wrong.

    The solution
Clear, rational thinking : Everyone has behaved badly, but no one was created badly! Any flaws only serve to make you stronger, more heroic or more compassionate toward others.

    6. Loneliness : The belief that no one loves us, that no one cares and we must desperately cling to anyone who finds us attractive or acceptable . This creates dependency, not intimacy.

    The solution
Accurate Self-Assessment : Not everyone will love you, but many people will if they meet you, get to know you, and spend time working/playing along side you.

    7. Resentment : Holding anger and refusing to move beyond real or imagined mistreatment in the past . Some people spend their whole lives as "victims", nurturing a terrible event in their past.

    The solution
Let go! Life is not fair and people do not always behave well or kindly . Use your trauma to make you wise, kind, gentle, and strong . Holding anger will not work.

    8. Self-Doubt : The repeated, endless questioning of your own abilities, opinions or actions . The inability to take a stand, to act boldly, or to follow-through.

    The solution
Action! Think clearly, then take action and follow-through : Start small, but do it! You are the world's expert on your life! Use your wisdom to live well.

    9. Stubbornness : The refusal or inability to re-assess a situation, change your mind, or admit you were wrong.

    The solution
Wisdom and Humility : Only a fool stays on a course that is headed for disaster! Search for new and better information, remain flexible, open and creative . When the situation changes, adjust accordingly and set a new course.

    10. Addiction : Humans become addicted to drugs, but we also become addicted to our jobs, our opinions or our lifestyle . We can be addicted to people and need them rather than love them.

    The solution
Take a vacation! Periodically, walk in someone else's shoes . Break your habits, re-arrange your schedule, delegate those things that only you can do "right" . Use habits and traditions to set you free, don't let habits enslave you!

Fakta menakutkan khas untuk pencinta marjerin

     source : margarine-vs-butter
Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.

It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow colouring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings…

DO YOU KNOW.. The difference between margarine and butter?

Read on to the end…gets very interesting!

    • Both have the same amount of calories.
    • Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams; compared to 5 grams for margarine.
    • Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.
    • Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods.
    • Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few and
    • only because they are added!
    • Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavours of other foods.
    • Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years .
    And now, for Margarine..

    • Very High in Trans fatty acids.
    • Triples risk of coronary heart disease .
    • Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)
    • Increases the risk of cancers up to five times..
    • Lowers quality of breast milk.
    • Decreases immune response.
    • Decreases insulin response.
    • And here's the most disturbing fact…. HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!
    • Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC… and shares 27 ingredients with PAINT

These facts alone were enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).

    You can try this yourself:

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it open in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will notice a couple of things:

    • no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
    • it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ;
    • nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic . Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?

    Internet browser : Google Chrome

Antara ciri-ciri browser Google Chrome yang mungkin anatara kita tak tau (saya pengguna tegar firefox). IE option terakhir saya.

    Source : Guiding Tech

Google Chrome has been steadily gaining in the browser market share since its launch 2 years ago. It’s not without its flaws but it definitely falls in the “kinda cool” category. Its simplicity and minimalistic, yet feature-rich, interface caused a lot of users to ditch their old and trusted browser in favor of this new tool.
Chrome has a lot of obscure features which could immensely enhance one’s browsing productivity if he were to know about them. This post intends to do reveal exactly those features.
Some of the following features might be something you already know. But as you read on, you are sure to bump into an amazing hidden chrome feature that you weren’t aware of, and that’s what makes this post worth going through. So, check it out!

    1. Pin Tab

    pintab1
We have talked about Chrome’s cool Pin tab feature before. Just right click on a tab, hit “Pin tab” and the tab converts into a favicon and sticks itself permanently to the extreme left. Use this on those tabs that you never close (Gmail, for instance).

    2. Paste and Go / Paste and Search

    chrome paste and go
If you copy any URL outside Chrome and intend to visit that site on Chrome, then instead of doing Ctrl+V and Enter on the address bar, you could just right click and click “Paste and go.” Same for text that you want to search using Chrome’s address bar. Right click and “Paste and search.” Saves time in the long run.

    3. Drag and Drop Downloads

drag and drop downloads in Chrome
You can easily drag downloaded files from Chrome to your desktop or any other folder on your computer. That means, from now on, you don’t need to go and change the download location each time you want the files to be downloaded in a separate place other than desktop (or downloads folder).

    4. Resources Page

    resources in chrome developer tools
While the entire Developer tools feature which Chrome offers (you can access it by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I ) is unique and amazing, the Resources section is particularly useful for webmasters and anyone who owns a site and wants to know how fast his site loads on the browser. As you can see in the above screenshot, there are various options available to explore.

    5. Task Manager

    chrome task manager
Chrome treats each tab as a separate process so that if one of them starts creating a problem, it can be killed and a browser crash could be prevented. It offers a built-in task manager to let you see the memory and CPU resources consumed by each tab. You can access it through Tools –> Task Manager or by pressing Shift+Esc.

    6. Quick Calculation Results from Address Bar

    quick calculation in Chrome
You know that Chrome’s address bar doubles up as Google search bar too, but did you know that it could be used to make simple calculations? Yep, just type in 12*50 and wait a sec. The result will come up automatically.

    7. Drag and Resize Text Box on a Webpage

    drag text boxes on Chrome
Another very useful feature. A lot of times, the text boxes on webpages are annoying. They are too small and after you have typed a few lines, you get a scroll bar which is irritating. On Chrome, you could actually drag that box from the corner and make it bigger. You could try it right now with the comment box at the bottom of this page.

    8. Site search from Address bar

    site search in Chrome
If you have performed a search on a website then next time you can search it directly from Chrome’s address bar. Here’s how: lets say you have used this site’s custom Google search bar (located at the top right of this page) to lookup something before. Now, if you want to do it again, just type a few letters of site in the address bar, like guid.. and hit Tab. You’ll get a “Search guidingtech.com” option that’ll allow you to search this site directly from the address bar.

    9.  About:memory

    about memory in chrome
For the geeks among you, Chrome provides an “About memory” page that can accessed by typing about:memory in the address bar. This gives detailed insights into how different processes in the browser are consuming memory.

    10. Application Shortcuts

    application shortcuts in chrome
You could create standalone apps from webpages in Chrome by using Tools –> Create application shortcuts. This option could be used for sites that you use frequently and need them open all the time.

    11. Sync Bookmarks (and AutoFills, Extensions) To Google Account

    sync bookmarks, extensions
This could prove to be a very useful feature, especially after Xmarks, the daddy of bookmark sync tools, decided to shut down (though there is a ray of hope). We included this method previously in our Xmarks alternatives post, and have also talked about it in detail here – How To Sync Chrome Bookmarks Using Your Google Account. (Update: as pointed out by our reader Phistuck in the comments, this feature can now also sync your autofills, extensions and more. )

    12. Get iPad Interface

    Gmail's ipad interface in chrome
Yes, you don’t need the iPad to see how your favorite sites look in the iPad. You could check it right on your computer, in Chrome. For more, read this – Switch To iPad Interface In Chrome By Changing User Agent String.

    13. Select Reopen All Tabs

    reopen tabs in chrome
Chrome has an option that lets you reopen previously opened pages before you closed the browser. This comes in handy if the browser crashes for some reason and you had a lot of tabs open. I recommend that you make sure this option is checked. Learn how to do it here – How to Restore Tabs & Save Tab Groups In Google Chrome.

    14. Organize Thumbnails Using Full Screen Key

    organize thumbnails
This tip was contributed by a reader over at Lifehacker. You might not have noticed this but if you’ve got more than one Chrome windows open and you are using Windows 7, their thumbnails would interchange positions if you do a full screen ( F11) on any one of them. So, if you want to arrange the thumbnails in a specific order, you could use the same F11 key to do it.

    15. Copy Paste Only Text

And last, but by no means the least, is this hidden Chrome feature that I, personally, have found it to be extremely useful since the day I discovered it. You know that if you copy anything from a webpage and paste it on some other application (except for pure text editors like Notepad), they bring along all sorts of HTML and CSS stuff with the text, right?
Next time, when you copy stuff from Chrome, and want to paste it somewhere else, use Ctrl+Shift+V instead of Ctrl+V if you just need the text. Quick and easy.

    Kakiku yang seksi

OM...look at my sexy leg in black shoe...(acah je)

P.S: Whoopsss...definitely not my legs.

    APA KATA ANDA?

We are always judging a book by it's cover

Hampir 5 kali aku interview berlainan jawatan. Banyak gelagat sudah aku perhatikan.
Cuma entri En. Laloque tu betul-betul buat aku terkesima sebentar. Terfikir panjang.

Yes i'm talking about myself too. Bila tengok orang di tempat interview nampak the beauty always look good. Tengok yang cantik-cantik menuggu sama-sama kita mesti terdetik di hati kita, cantiknya...mesti baik..sopan..pandai..and the list goes on.

Apalah pakai baju tak kemas, kasut tak ikut etika datang temuduga.

Check En. Laloque blog for this catchy yet touchy story...huhu

    Yeayyyy

    yeay....hahahah..

Apakah perlu kami bertolak ansur lagi?
    Apa kau mahu?
    Kasih sayang? Harta? Tempat tinggal?
    Semua sudah diberi...
    Tapi kenapa?
Masih jalan ini yang kau pilih?

    Sampai di sini sahaja
Peluang terakhir yang kami beri kau dustakan
    Apa lagi yang boleh ditolong
    Jika sendiri tidak mampu beralah
    Jangan diharap simpati orang
    Dengan lakonanmu yang durja itu

    Kerna kami sudah masak
    Dengan kau yang takkan berubah
    Ayahmu terlantar kegeringan
    Wajarkah peluang dibuka lagi?

    What is life?

    They say it's from B to D
    From BIRTH to DEATH
But whats between B and D?
    It's a "C".
    So what is a C?
It is a CHOICE. Our Life is a Matter of CHOICES.
Live well and it will never go wrong.

    Tentang Google Reader

Abis tu cammane ko bace blog orang, Xana?

Jeng...jeng...sebelum tu..korang buat blog pakai account ape? Mostly mesti pakai google kan? That's what i do...Guna google reader.

I'm telling about myself la...hehe...have fun

    I'll be free..yeahooo

Boss i da start cuti minggu depan sampai next next following week for hari raya dia la...ngeee
Tapi kan...it's a big NO for me untuk pergi mengular2 ni sebab dia dah siapkan task untuk i
Hohoho...accompany pengarah masuk meeting??? Not so me la kan...tambah2 meeting berkaitan hal pengurusan ni...
Sebab...sure la kes yang aku handle yang dikepoh2kan...
So...being me..biarlah Pengarah yang tolong jawabkan...after all i dah bagi brief kat dia dah kan?
If only he asks for a brief la kan....
What am i going to do...

    WAIT 'N' SEE...

He may not be the brightest...not even the darkest...

    Hehehe...to my husband
You may not be the brightest..
    You are neither the darkest....Gheeeee...
But what colour are you pun, I still fancy you the most la....

P.S: Hitam kan menawan hati ku...

    Perasaan saya jumpe bekas scandal....

Getaran masih ada....(tak sedar diri betul)
Hoh kau...mana boleh tak ingat kalau dok berkawan dari sekolah rendah sampai masuk U...
Ni lah yang menggambarkan perasaan aku bila jumpa balik kau aritu even di FB je pon...but i did attend your wedding(cuma x tgk ko sanding..x sanggup kot, even ko pun x sanggup dtg wedding aku dulu kan? ) and kita jumpa lak time gathering aritu..Hamek kau...panjang lebar caption aku.

Yup seboleh-boleh aku nak lupa...tapi terkenang jua akhirnya...tu baru kau beb...
Belum lagi TERjumpa my ex first love tu...
Tapi sekurang-kurangnya kita bercakap gak kan...
Perasaan?

Kalau US ada facebook...was founded there la kan..
    Malaysia kita ade APER..
    ade aper nye?

Malaysia boleh kan...so APER lagi..Join la. Jom sokong barang buatan Malaysia pulak.

Oopsieeee

Info tentang aper.my boleh didapati di SINI

[Sticky post] Dedicate to my followers..yeah...Exercise

Exercise mata babe...mata korang ok dok?
