- No breakfast ( skip it sometimes )
- Over-eating ( nice food! )
- Smoking ( never )
- High sugar consumption ( sometimes )
- Air pollution (out of my control )
- Sleep deprivation ( under control )
- Head covered while sleeping ( never )
- Working your brain during illness ( can't avoid )
- Lack in stimulating thoughts ( how can i? )
- Talking rarely ( i talk to the monitor...does it counts? )
