  1. No breakfast ( skip it sometimes )
  2. Over-eating ( nice food! )

  4. High sugar consumption ( sometimes )
  5. Air pollution (out of my control )
  6. Sleep deprivation ( under control )

  8. Working your brain during illness ( can't avoid )
